I feel like this week's post really runs the gamut. Apologies if it seems a little bit inconsistent or flip-flopping. Also, it's my birthday in a couple days! This has no bearing on the post, I just feel the need to mark time like this.

Apparently it's going to be August tomorrow.

Hmmm.

Pro: my birthday is soon, going to spend some (distanced) time with family.

Con: man what a bummer trying to celebrate things is at the moment; also, god, the passage of time.

How's this week going? Well, I wrote "June" on half of my daily to-do lists this week, so feel free to extrapolate from that.

Me, a couple weeks ago: Okay, time to work through some of the books on my shelf that I've purchased and not yet gotten around to reading!
