New series: BLESS THIS MESS

HELLO FOLKS!

It me, I’m back, I’ve been wanting to produce longer-form content for a while and then I remembered I have a blog where I can do that, totally (mostly) separate from any terrible governments or corporate overlords. Hurray!

I’ve realized recently that one of my special interests is media that is bad, silly, or otherwise messy. I like to dissect why I enjoy something despite it not being great, as well as to identify the parts where it’s actually bad or harmful. Thus, a new blog series was born! Also, graphic design is my passion, as you can tell.

This is not the place for Good Fiction. This is the place where I (and maybe some other people!!) will talk about their favourite mess, their trash, their “okay but hear me out”s.

These posts will include a summary of the media being discussed, then a look at the Mess TM (i.e., the parts that are silly but fun), and finally an examination of the actually bad stuff, before a conclusion and a rating.

These posts will likely include spoilers for the media discussed, so buyer beware!
